Originally constructed in 1969, the Property underwent a full "gut" renovation in 2006, as it was stripped down to the steel and completely rebuilt. Today, 140 Centennial Avenue features two state-of-the-art tenant build-outs, with each tenant investing millions of dollars in capital to create high-end office finishes and high-tech R&D/lab space.
